ClipTone is developed by Mathias Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how ClipTone handles information when you use the app. By using ClipTone, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
ClipTone does not require users to create an account or sign in. The only personal information that may be voluntarily provided is information submitted through the Contact Support form. This may include your name, email address, selected support subject, and support message. This information is used only to respond to support requests.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Mathias Apps does not directly collect or store mailing addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, payment card information, bank account information, passwords, contact lists, text messages, call logs, GPS location data, precise location information, browsing history, biometric information, device microphone recordings, or device camera recordings. Mathias Apps does not sell user data.
3. Media Files
ClipTone is designed to process media files locally on your device. Media files selected by the user remain on the user's device and are not uploaded to Mathias Apps servers. ClipTone only accesses files that the user specifically chooses for conversion, extraction, trimming, cutting, merging, compression, ringtone creation, or export. Mathias Apps does not collect, store, upload, or sell user media files.
4. Recent Exports
ClipTone may store Recent Exports information locally on the user's device so users can access recently created files. Recent Exports data is not uploaded to Mathias Apps servers.
5. Advertising
The free version of ClipTone uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob and related Google services may collect or process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, app usage information, and IP addresses, according to Google's own privacy policies. Mathias Apps does not directly collect or store users' IP addresses.
6. In-App Purchases
ClipTone offers an optional one-time lifetime purchase called ClipTone Pro. ClipTone Pro purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Mathias Apps does not receive or store payment card numbers, bank account information, or other payment credentials. Google Play Billing handles purchase processing according to Google's own policies.
7. Age Verification and Legal Compliance
Google Play may provide age-related signals or other compliance information where required by law. ClipTone uses such information only for legal compliance purposes.
8. Data Security
Mathias Apps uses reasonable safeguards to protect information voluntarily submitted through Contact Support. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Mathias Apps cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
ClipTone is not directed toward children under the age of 13. Mathias Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Contact Support, please contact Mathias Apps so the information can be removed.
10. User Rights
Users may request deletion of information they voluntarily submitted through Contact Support. To request deletion, contact Mathias Apps using the email address below.
11. Third-Party Services
ClipTone may use third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing. These services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

Mathias Apps may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
